Refund Policy for clearsend marketing

At ClearSend Marketing, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure that our clients are fully satisfied. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please read our refund policy below:

1. Service Cancellation and Refund Requests:

Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be provided.

2. Booking a Service:

Once you’ve booked a service, you are required to provide a 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Requests for cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

4. Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or if the client has not provided the necessary 24-hour notice for cancellation.

5. Force Majeure:

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, etc.) prevent you from attending a booked service, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
