Refund Policy for clearsend marketing

At ClearSend Marketing, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure that our clients are fully satisfied. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please read our refund policy below:

1. Service Cancellation and Refund Requests:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be provided.

2. Booking a Service:

​

  • Once you’ve booked a service, you are required to provide a 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

  • Requests for cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process:

​

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

​

4. Exceptions:

​

  • We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or if the client has not provided the necessary 24-hour notice for cancellation.

5. Force Majeure:

  • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, etc.) prevent you from attending a booked service, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
